How old do I have to be to play Wooga games?
Our games are intended for an adult audience 18+ for amusement purposes only. They do not offer opportunities to win real money or prizes based on gameplay.
I really like your games, but I am underage. Can I still play?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide access to your account at this time due to age restrictions.
You are very welcome to return once you reach the required age and contact our Customer Care team to begin a new journey with us.
I am underage, but my parents or legal guardians allow me to play. Can I play now?
Even with a parent’s or guardian’s permission, we currently cannot offer access to players who are under the required age.

I’m an adult, and I entered the wrong age and can’t access my game. What should I do, and will my account be deleted?
If you accidentally entered the wrong age, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@wooga.com. Restarting or reinstalling the game won’t help, as we want to make sure that our Age Guidelines are being properly enforced.
Your account has been temporarily blocked to protect your progress and prevent any setbacks. However, if we don’t hear from you, the account may eventually be deleted as part of the age‑verification process. Contacting us ensures we can review your case and help you regain access as quickly as possible.
