When you download and play one of our games via an app, visit our websites or use our other Services, we collect information about you. We collect this information to create your account and facilitate gameplay, enable in-game purchases, and provide technical support. How do I stop receiving marketing emails?

Simply click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us and follow the instructions.

How do I request account deletion?

In order to request the deletion of your account, you may submit a deletion request by sending an email to privacy@wooga.net or through the support section within the game you play. Alternatively, if you are playing via Amazon, Android, or iOS, you can also request for deletion via the “Delete Account” button under in-game settings.

As part of the deletion process, we will need to verify your identity and your account information. For more information on the types of data we collect, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

When you request the deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data along with the information about your account in the game. We may retain data necessary for us to comply with any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, as well as aggregated and/or anonymized data.
