How do I request a refund for my transaction?

Depending on the platform you’re using and your payment method, refunds may or may not be handled by Wooga. Please see below for information about each particular case.

When applicable, always have proof of purchase ready so our team can quickly review and evaluate if a refund is possible.

iOS

Payments in our iOS games are handled by Apple, with the exception of certain eligible purchases that can be paid for securely outside of the app. Wooga does not have access to your payment information and isn’t able to process refunds. This means that any refund requests must go to Apple.

Android

Although payments made on the Google Play version of June’s Journey are handled by Google, the refund requests come through Wooga.

To request a refund for your transaction made on Android, please contact our Customer Care team here. Please include a proof of purchase or the order number for your transaction; the order number looks like this: GPA.0123-4567-8998-7654-01624

Facebook

All payments made through the Facebook version of our games are handled by Meta. Wooga does not have access to your payment information and isn’t able to process refunds. This means that any refund requests must go to Meta.

Webstore, June's Journey Orchid+, and certain eligible iOS purchases

Transactions made in the Orchid+ version of June’s Journey, or payments made in iOS via the option for secure purchase outside of the app, are fully managed by Wooga. Payments made in the Webstore are facilitated by our partners at Appcharge, but Wooga still manages them.

To request a refund for your transaction made with either of these methods, please contact our Customer Care team here. Please include a proof of purchase or the order number for your transaction; the order number should look something like this: 123456abc7defgh8i9jk0123
