What is Charms Quest?

Charms Quest is a special event that runs alongside the Memoirs album.

Charms belong to Pictures in the Main album: Collect all required Charms for a Picture to double its rewards!

That’s not all: If you collect every Charm, the Main album’s Grand Prize rewards are doubled as well!

Best of all, the reward-doubling effects of Charms remain active even after Charms Quest ends! So you will have plenty of time to find missing snippets for Pictures for which you’ve collected all required Charms.

You can find the button that leads to the Charms Quest screen inside the Memoirs album screen. From there, you can track your Charms Quest progress, see which Charms you've collected, and discover which events or offers contain Charms

How do I get Charms?

Open Charm Boxes to reveal a random missing Charm!

You can get Charm Boxes from events. If you missed too many Charm Boxes, you may still have the opportunity to get them later through special offers.

Once you obtain a Charm Box, open the Memoirs album screen and a new Charm will automatically be revealed.

Occasionally, an event may even reward a specific Charm directly!

Can I get the same Charm more than once?

Some Pictures require more than one of a specific Charm in order to double their rewards.

Charm Boxes can reward the same Charm multiple times if it is still needed for your Pictures. However, they won't give you more of a Charm than required. For example, if a Picture needs 2 Heart Lockets and you already have both, a Charm Box will reward a different Charm that you still need instead.

What happens if I receive a Charm box but already have all Charms collected?

In rare cases, you may obtain more Charm Boxes than you need. If that happens, any remaining Charm Boxes will be converted into Grand Packs.

What happens if I completed the Picture or Album already?

If you complete the Picture or Album before collecting all required Charms, you will still receive the remaining rewards immediately once the required Charms are collected. So you’ll still receive double the rewards in total!

Keep in mind that the Charm effects are tied to the Main album. Picture and Album rewards in the Encore album are not doubled.

However, you can continue collecting missing Charms for the Main album, even after starting the Encore album.

Simply switch back to the main Album’s page to view its Charms progress and any remaining rewards.

What happens after Charms Quest ends?

First of all, once Charms Quest ends, you can still reveal any unopened Charm Boxes waiting on the Memoirs screen.

But that’s not all: the reward-doubling effects of your collected Charms remain active even after Charms Quest ends! You’ll still have plenty of time to find missing snippets for Pictures for which you’ve collected all required Charms. And if you manage to collect every Charm, you can still complete the full album and receive double the album’s Grand Prize rewards.

Only when the album ends do the effects of Charms end as well.

If you acquired Charm Boxes but never opened the Memoirs screen before the album ends, those unopened Charm Boxes will be converted into diamonds.

What is the average probability for Charm Boxes?

Each Charm Box is guaranteed to reward a Charm you are still missing. The odds below represent the average probability assuming you have collected none yet.
