What is Shrub Storage?
As your Orchid Island grows, space becomes your most precious resource! We know our passionate Detectives love collecting beautiful shrubs gifted by wonderful friends to harvest later. However, keeping dozens of shrubs on your island can take up valuable space.
To help tidy up your estate and give your island some breathing room, we are proud to introduce Shrub Storage! This is a cozy storage space created exclusively for your shrubs, allowing you to keep them safe and fresh until you are ready to harvest them.
Where can I find the Shrub Storage?
The Shrub Storage is conveniently integrated right into your existing Cargo Ship menu! Simply tap on your ship icon to open your storage, and you will spot a brand-new tab decorated just for your shrubs. Managing your beautiful botanical gifts has never been easier!
What can I store in the Shrub Storage tab?
This dedicated space is an exclusive sanctuary only for Shrubs.
Regular plant decorations cannot be stored in the Shrub Storage. Conversely, your Shrubs cannot be stored in your standard storage.
How do I move my shrubs in and out of storage?
Tending to your Shrub Storage is delightfully simple!
Moving to Storage: While you can manually drag your shrubs from the island over to the Cargo Ship, using the ‘Move’ button on the shrub is the quickest and easiest way to send it straight to the Shrub Storage.
Moving to the Island: Inside the Shrub Storage, each shrub has a dedicated button to place it right back onto your island whenever you wish to display it on your estate.
Can I see who gifted the Shrub from inside the Shrub Storage?
Of course! The Shrub Storage keeps all the wonderful memories of your friendships alive. While browsing your stored collection, you will see the shrub's name, its type, and the name of the thoughtful friend who gifted it to you. You can even visit their island directly from the Shrub Storage menu to return the kindness!
How do I harvest Shrubs and see my rewards?
You don’t even need to place your Shrubs back on the island to claim your goodies! Inside the Shrub Storage, you can clearly see what each shrub yields - whether it's a guaranteed reward or a surprise mix of potential rewards.
When you are ready to harvest:
Single Harvest: Tap the dedicated harvest button directly on an individual shrub.
Is there a storage limit for Shrub Storage?
To ensure your estate stays perfectly organized, the Shrub Storage does have the free storage limited up to 10 slots. However, this capacity can vary! You can easily keep track of your space by checking the handy counter placed right at the top of the Shrub Storage screen, which shows your total count of stored shrubs at a glance.
Why don't I have access to the Shrub Storage yet?
The Shrub Storage is an Orchid+ exclusive feature that is currently being carefully explored and not available for everyone. To guarantee the absolute best gaming experience for our community, we occasionally roll out new features in stages to ensure everything runs smoothly before making it available to all players.
