What is the boat for and how do I visit my friends' islands?

Hop aboard, Detective! Once you've collected 27 Stars, you can use the boat resting just off the coast of the Lighthouse to visit your friends' islands and see their progress firsthand!

When you tap on the boat, you will be shown a list of other June's Journey players and your fellow Detective Club members. Plus, if you are connected to Facebook, you'll see your real-world friends who play the game, too! It's a wonderful way to find inspiration for your own Orchid Island decorations.

While you are exploring, don't forget to leave a little something behind! You can gift shrubs to your friends while visiting their islands - a wonderful way to share some Orchid Island cheer and help each other out.

Tapping the green Visit button will take you to your friend's island so you can look around and see how beautiful it is. Tap the green Home button to travel back to your own island.

If you really like your friend’s island, why not help them out and buy them a gorgeous shrub! You can see which shrubs can be gifted along with how many are available on the left side of your screen. Some of these shrubs are only around for a limited time, so keep an eye out for them!

If you’ve received a shrub on Orchid Island, you can move it around to re-decorate and breathe some fresh life into your island. Simply tap on the shrub and drag it to your desired location to become your own personal gardener!

As beautiful as they are, these shrubs aren’t just for show, they can also be harvested for some juicy rewards. Once harvested, a shrub can yield one of the rewards listed in its description. Different shrubs have different rewards, so don’t be afraid to spice things up!

You’re not just rewarded for receiving these magnificent shrubs, but for giving them too. Each shrub that you give earns you a stamp on your loyalty card. When you hit five stamps you get some Energy, and even more at ten stamps. So… what are you waiting for? Spread the love of shrubs daily!
