What is the Journal and what do I do with it?

The Journal is where we catalog and document all your adventures with June. You can find it at the far left side of the scene browser, in each Chapter. Tap/click "open" to look inside.

The Journal tells the history of your adventure so far, showing all the clues and giving you a summary of what happened in each chapter in case you forgot or need some context.

You can navigate backwards and forwards in the Journal with the chapter arrows at the bottom of the screen.

Note, to access the part of the Journal that contains all your character backgrounds and Character Card collections, you need to tap a different button - the book icon on the lower left of the screen wen you are looking at Orchid Island.
